Royal House of Bradley is an Interdependent Sovereign Entity.
Currently, the Royal House of Bradley and its related families are represented here as a "Hereditary De Jure House" in exile since 12 March 1764.  And reclaimed and reorganized the Holy Roman Empire and renamed it the "Holy Christian Empire" by the Imperial House of Fornbacher de Austria and has maintained it constantly from that day till the Royal House of Bradley came to inherit it by a Cognatic kinship which is a mode of descent calculated from an ancestor counted through any combination of male and female lines; or a system of bilateral kinship where relations are traced through both a father and mother.  Such relatives may be known as cognates but with full legal sovereign status as established by its Declaration of Sovereignty. Currently, the Royal House of Bradley and His Royal Majesty (H.R.M. Carl (“By right”)) is a Monarch that has issued the New Constitution and Constitutional Law of Succession); and a new Royal and Noble ranks and titles and Chivalric and Military Orders". H.R.M. Carl the Emperor/King (“By right”), has by Letter made Patent, mandated that:
"NO PAPAL BULL" (- is a type of public decree, letters patent, or charter issued by a pope of the Catholic Church); could be published in his dominions without his consent (placetum regium)!
The Habsburg Law:
Austria had passed the "Habsburg Law," which both dethroned the Habsburgs and banished all Habsburgs from Austrian territory! While Karl Habsburg was banned from ever returning to Austria again; "other Habsburgs could return if they gave up all claims to the throne"!
The House of Fornbacher de Austria has the right to claim what its cousins forfeited. And has laid claim! Their Parent House - was that of the Luitpoldings: The Counts of Formbach / Wels-Lambach / Pitten / Vormbach / Vornbach / Fornbacher  von Tyrol / Fornbacher von Villingen / Fornbacher de Austria / Fornbacher von Bavaria / von Wittlesbach / House of Fornbacher de Austria as Holy Roman Emperors (intermittently from 962 until 1806 when it was resigned by the Habsburgs; and then Claimed and Reorganized on 23rd of December 1806 by House of Fornbacher de Austria.
HRM Carl, the emperor / king (“By right”) has re-organized and re-named all of his hereditary holdings as the Royal House of Bradley; and the Holy Christian Empire on March 15th 2024 and are held separate and as part of the Royal House of Bradley, and Roman-German kings, Rulers of Austria and Hungary (as dukes from 1002 until 1453; as Archdukes from 1453 and as Kaisers from 1484 until currently.
HI&RM Christopher Förnbacher de Austria Emperor and King "by right" moved with his family to the United States of America and "HE NEVER" forfeited his rights under pressure and "NEVER" Resigned or Abdicated his claims or birthrights even at his death in 1921!
On the death of H.I.& R.M. Christine Rosemary Fornbacher on 15th March 2024 @ 6:45pm her son H.I.& R.M. Carl Raymond Bradley who then reorganized and renamed all of his hereditary holdings as the "Imperial House of Bradley" and the "Holy Christian Empire".
His Majesty's father H.R.H. Prince Gerald Paul Bradley is the head of the Princely House of Bradley as "The O'Brolchain" or "The Bradley", Prince of Holy Roman Empire Hereditary and also, the fourth in line of descent from the line of Suibne Menn the High King of Ireland whose grandson was Brolchain and was head of the Cenél Fearadhaigh and King of Cenél Eoghain and the Cenél Fearadhaigh and has continued father to son until currently.
Also, this House is separate from the Imperial House of Bradley until his majesty comes to claim it by hereditary right. The Empire is now "separated" from Papal reigns and "NOT" under Papal Authority!
It is an Independent "TRUE" Christian based House and Empire.
The then House of Fornbacher de Austria continued with its recognition and use of all titles and all claims! At which time the House was renamed on the 14th of JUNE 2008 as the "Imperial House of Fornbacher".
As the last surviving senior member of the House of Fornbacher family able to inherit as Kaiserin - Königin (“By right”) of the Holy Roman Empire & all family holdings and entitlements:
H.I.& R.M. Christine Rosemary Fornbacher then elected to rename the Dynastic House as it would then pass by name to her son and heir Archduke and Prince Carl as the Imperial House of Bradley!
Her son still continues to lay claim to all titles and recognition and "NEVER" forfeited his rights under pressure or by his Hereditary Claim he "NEVER" Resigned or Abdicated his claims or birthrights.
H.I.& R.M. Carl is now head of the new House of Bradley and came to power on the 15th of March 2024 @ 6:45pm after the death of his mother, he assumed the control of the empire by constitutional laws.
His imperial majesty has also written a new Constitution, with new Constitutional Laws of Succession, and new titles and ranking order!
H.I.& R.M. Carl, of the Imperial House of Bradley now exercises his sovereign authority (“By right”) in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and legislation of his Privy Council. He represents the empire with respect to foreign powers. Total or partial review of the Constitution is subject to agreement by the Prince with his Privy Council.
Under the Constitution the government is made up of four - (4) bodies of individuals known as the:
1) House of Noble's (20 - Twenty) and also, it's Speaker (1 - one).
2) House of Judges which has up to (12 - Twelve) and the Senior Judge (1 - one).
3) And the Privy Council (12), and it's Lord of the Privy Seal and President of the Privy Council. 
4) Court as its Legislature is exclusively between the Prince - who initiates laws and the Council known as the House of Noble's, the Privy Council, and the House of Judges; - that reviews them for legal correctness. Executive power is under the supreme authority of the Prince, and the "Royal House" is governed by the Prince, who is in turn assisted by the Privy Council!
Imperial Privy Council is responsible to the Prince for the administration of policies set by the Prince. In law, final judicial power is held by the Prince. The present Constitution states that the Prince (may) delegate full exercise of these laws and enforcement powers to the Courts and Tribunals that can dispense justice in his name for a specific period of time as defined by Decree and / or Temporary Letter made Patent for a defined time frame!

Teutonic Order of Knights
"Order of Solomon Knights of Christ"
Founded:
8th of October 1807AD
The Origins of this Order was with the Teutonic Order of Austria and Germany Since the 1466 Second Peace of Torun, the Grand Masters of the Teutonic Order were vassals of the Kingdom of Poland, and every Grand Master of the Teutonic Order was obliged to swear an oath of allegiance to the reigning Polish king within six months of taking office. The Grand Masters were also princes and counselors of the Polish kings and the Kingdom of Poland. The State of the Teutonic Order was a part of Poland as a fief.
The last Hochmeister, Albert of Brandenburg-Ansbach, converted to Lutheranism and, with the consent of his overlord and uncle, King Sigismund I of Poland, turned the State of the Teutonic Order into the secular Duchy of Prussia per the Treaty of Kraków, which was sealed by the Prussian Homage in Kraków in 1525.
The commanderies in the autonomous Livonian Terra Mariana likewise was lost by 1561, as that region also became Protestant. However, the Order retained its bailiwicks in the Holy Roman Empire (Germany and Italy), which had been administered by the Deutschmeister since 1219.
As the Order was now limited to its possessions in the German kingdom, incumbent Deutschmeister Walter von Cronberg was also appointed Hochmeister by Emperor Charles V in 1527. The administrative seat was moved to Mergentheim Castle in Franconia. The Hoch und Deutschmeister was ranked as one of the ecclesiastical Princes of the Holy Roman Empire until 1806; when Mergentheim fell to the newly established Kingdom of Württemberg, their residence was relocated to the Deutschordenshaus in Vienna.
The dual title lasted until in 1923, when the last secular Grand Master, Archduke Eugen of Austria, resigned from office. 1894–1923 Archduke Eugen of Austria (end of hereditary status).
This is where the split in family occurred, and the Fornbacher's de Austria became an unmentioned and unnamed part of the family.
They broke away from the Habsburg's as the House Fornbacher-de Austria and also took up the colors as the Order of Solomon - Knights of Christ.
As well as continued the Holy Roman Empire since 1806 and carried the torch into the 21st century.
Now as the House of Fornbacher de Austria are extinct and the last of the line was Christine Rosemary Fornbacher-Bradley has died, that torch was passed to her oldest and also only son Carl Bradley.
The original part of the Teutonic Order continued as the Teutonic Order and now falls under the Pope and Catholic Church and still with the Habsburg family.
However, this part of the Order that was salvaged from the split has continued on and is an Independent Order of true Teutonic Knights and remained under the Lutheran faith.
And as such the Order was also moved back under Poland's Royals and under those royals of this house.
As Prince Regent of Poland lasting only from 1917-1918 and the bringing's of WWI the Order was last under Prince Lubomirski who is also part of the Kowalczyk and Fornbacher family group and then it was sent to his relatives in the USA the House of Fornbacher de Austria proper.
And has been hereditary since then passing from family member to family member.

Grand Master Archduke, Crown Prince, (Prince Regent of Poland-contested) Carl Bradley. At that time the Grand Master also invited many Templar knights into the order and reorganized the structure of the order and it is now inclusive of Templar knights but remains a Teutonic Order!
